Dr. Benjamin J. E. Schroeter

Ben is a Senior Research Software Engineer for the Land Team at ACCESS-NRI.

Ben enjoys working with like-minded professionals who are genuinely passionate about what they’re working on. He is currently contributing to the efforts towards coupling the CABLE model to the latest version of the UM, while also developing a range of open-source utilities to support the evaluation and processing of model data.

Ben’s academic qualifications include;

• Graduate Diploma of Marine and Antarctic Studies (UTAS, 2023)
• Postgraduate Certificate in Antarctic Studies (Canterbury, 2015)

• Bachelor of Communication (Canberra, 2009)

Outside of work, Ben enjoys woodwork, music, and gardening.
