How to join Community Working Groups
Community Working Groups are open and welcome new members. We encourage the community to participate in one or more of the working groups. Follow the steps below to join!
1. Sign up to the ACCESS-Hive Forum and join a Community Working Group
- Go to: https://forum.access-hive.org.au
- Sign up to the ACCESS-Hive Forum
- When signing up, you will be asked to join one working group.
- That’s it. You are now part of the forum group for this working group and you will receive meetings’ information and other announcements via email.
- To find all previous announcements for the year, go to https://forum.access-hive.org.au/tag/wg-announce
- Make sure to check your chosen working group category for any open discussion to participate in.
2. Join more Community Working groups at any time
- Go to: ACCESS-Hive forum Groups
- Join any group.
- That’s it! You are now part of the ACCESS-Hive Forum groups for these working groups and you will receive meetings information and other announcements via email.
- To find all previous announcements for the year, go to https://forum.access-hive.org.au/tag/wg-announce. Make sure to check your chosen working group category for any open discussion to participate in.
You will now receive email notifications for the Community Working Group announcements. If you’d like to receive updates for additional Community Working Groups, repeat the above steps for each group you would like to follow.
You‘re done! You are now a member of one or more Community Working Groups. Note joining will not automatically enable notifications. Make sure you are Watching the corresponding announcements post for each group you wish to follow and receive updates.
3. Participate!
Join the discussion and start interacting with other members of the Community Working Groups (and broader ACCESS community).

- Browse existing topics or start your own!
