Program for ACCESS Workshop on Land and Coupled Modelling 2026

The ACCESS Community Workshop on Land and Coupled Modelling runs across three days from Monday 31 August to Wednesday 2 September. It contains a mixture of plenary sessions that occur in a single location, parallel sessions, training and informal discussion sessions.

This session will cover the steps involved in configuring and running a basic simulation, and will highlight the differences between the new model and ACCESS-ESM1.5.
Training parallel session 2: How to run AM3Facilitated by: Ben Schroeter (ACCESS-NRIDescription: Get hands-on with ACCESS-AM3 - learn how to set up, run, and configure Australia's next-generation atmosphere-land model. Whether you're new to the model or refining your workflow, this session will get you comfortable navigating ACCESS-AM3 and running your own experiments.
